A minor Sunday get together after Origins with Charlie, James and Ted
Duel in the Dark
Waiting for James, Charlie and Ted tried out the basic game in this
latest Z-Man release. The bits are really cool. Ted program
the British bomb run while Charlie programmed the German defenses.
It took us a bit to get the hang of the game and I am sure both
players would do better next time. Ted won handily and next time
the advanced game is in order.
Go West
This was a close fought battle to the end. Charlie managed to get
the game ended at the right time to jump into the lead at the last
second.
Vikings
This game is growing on me more and more. The whiz wheel
purchasing is lots of fun. It is a real shame to know I was
winning until I realized I had not blue vikings to feed my hoard.
James managed to become King Olaf.
Skyline of the World
This was an odd little game. Money management and the game of
chicken while building made it interesting enough to try it again.
Ted was the master builder.
