Prototype
Ted was at it again with a new prototype. We played a few rounds to see what was working and not working. Potential is there with a need for some minor changes.
Midgard
Just got in this latest release for Z-Man games. Everyone really liked it. It is a nice area majority game with some cute card drafting and messing with other players. The fact that it plays quickly is also a big plus! James was mister Midgard and the Viking of the night.
Yspahan
Trying to work down the Dave and Kris 4 player list, this one came out. Picking up from James Miller's lead...I explained the rules with the ghost chasing people out of the village to join the caravan to run away. If I recall, Ted managed to run away the fastest.
Flandern 1302
James had to run early so the three of us crossed another game off Kris' list. This a card playing based area majority game. I recall being rather underwhelmed on my first playing. Now that I have played it several times, I enjoy it as a decent light game. Others were also a little luke warm on it. Maybe it was the fact that Ted ran away with the game.
